According to the oxford dictionary the definition of kindness is “the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.” While there are so many pressures in life I think we all overlook kindness in a massive way. Life is busy, it’s so easy to fall into your routine and forget how simple kindness is. Kindness is as simple as a smile it could be as simple as doing a load of washing for a friend or offering to drop them at work so they don’t have to take the bus. I believe that kindness is the most important thing in the world. There is external kindness this is the act of being kind to another person. On the other hand there is internal kindness While I think it is super important to be kind to other people, I also believe that it is just as important to be kind to yourself. You should be kind in your thoughts. Trying not to judge other people and allowing them to live a life that makes them happy, offer them support where possible and embrace that diversity is a beautiful thing. Just because someone is different or sees things in a different way to you it doesn’t mean they are wrong. You should also think kindly about yourself. Be positive. Think encouraging thoughts rather than dwelling on the things that haven’t gone to plan. Your mindset is the beginning of everything, you should approach everything with positive thoughts. Kindness has no price, no value and no limits. True kindness isn’t about what you might get back or the thanks, it is an unconditional gesture of appreciation. Kindness doesn’t have to be in the form of a gift it can be in words or time. Offering your time to help someone or giving them advice are also ways to spread kindness. Creative kindness is the best kind of kindness. Think of what this person will really appreciate and make it happen.

There is no limit to being kind. Kindness starts now! Throw kindness around like confetti.
