Yesterday I was watching ‘How To Be Single’ when a song started playing I immediately felt like I knew the song it had a catchy beat but it made me think about a few things that have been going on lately. I don’t know what it is about this song but I’ve had it on repeat all day and I just can’t get enough of it. I feel like music is a language of it’s own. Sometimes a song can sum up how you’re feeling or sum up something that has happened to you. The thing that is crazy about that the person who wrote the song doesn’t know you or what is going on in your life. Music makes you feel like someone else has experienced something you have. Music has the ability to make you feel ok when everything is falling apart. Music is my company. Music is my sanity. Music gets me by.
