Banana Berry Smoothie

There is no better way to start the day than a smoothie. Personally I like to make my own smoothies a lot of smoothies from shops use syrups or are full of sugar to avoid this making your own is a good option. It might not be the most exciting but this is what I put in my smoothie.

1/4 Cup Mixed Berries
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1 Banana
2 Heaped Tablespoons Natural Yoghurt (unsweetened)

Throw it in a blender for 30 seconds and you’ve got yourself a delicious breakfast that is quick and easy!
