I first tried Dr Lewin’s products a couple of years ago after a pharmacist suggested I give them a go as they’re great for sensitive skin. My favourite product was the Gentle Skin Cleanser. It is a nourishing cream cleanser. Dr Lewin’s say it is perfect for removing makeup although I don’t wear make up so I can’t really comment on it’s abilities to do so.

The thing I love the most about this product is the way that it leaves your skin feeling. When you put it on your face you can feel the natural elements of Apricot and Avocado oils doing their thing to nourish and replenish your skin. A lot of cleansers feel harsh or leave your skin feeling dry. This cleanser is very smooth and leaves your skin feeling rich and hydrated even when you haven’t yet moisturised. In my experience it isn’t essential to  moisturise during the day when using the cream cleanser. I prefer to moisturise at night and leave my skin natural in the day. That is just a personal preference. You of course can do as your dermatologist suggests.
