I know it’s not really that new anymore but on the off chance you haven’t yet heard The Middle by Zedd, Maren Morris and Grey I thought I would introduce you. This song is the perfect song to lose control and dance the night away. It is super catchy and I can almost promise that you will be bopping along before the song is finished. Maren Morris has one of the most unique voices I have heard in a long time which definitely compliments the song in a massive way. Zedd is an absolute legend and it’s not the first time he has collaborated with Grey. I think both producers compliment each other. In terms of the meaning of the song I am not sure what they intended it to mean but my interpretation is that it’s a relationship that is struggling because your partner isn’t prepared to compromise. Zedd is the king of accompanying meaningful lyrics with a fun upbeat melody. Something he has mastered once again with this track.
