If you follow me on instagram you’ve probably already seen my posts about Navvy. If you haven’t heard her music yet allow me to introduce you to one of my favourite songs right now.

‘If I Can’t Have You’ is from Navvy’s latest EP The Heart Break EP. The name says it all a 6 track EP that will become the soundtrack to your next break up. If you’re like me and you’re forever single well it will be your all time life soundtrack. Navvy takes some of the hardest experiences in heart break and makes sense of the confusion and heartbreak that you’re feeling. Her writing style is vulnerable, honest and unfiltered and reminds me of Julia Michaels.

New Zealand music is at such a wonderful place right now there are so many incredible New Zealand acts doing incredible things. If you’re not from New Zealand and you’re looking for some new music to listen to I suggest you add Thomston, Robinson and Wells* to your current playlists.
