Monday Blues…

Monday’s are the hardest day’s to get through. If you have had an awesome weekend makes being back at work or school so much less bearible. The thing I have come to realise is that you have to put up with the negatives to really enjoy the postives. Sometimes you just want to take the easy route but the hard yards can sometimes be even more rewarding than having things handed to you on a silver platter.

While we become so engrossed in our lives on a daily basis sometimes the most health thing to do is to just keep an open mind. This can sometimes be so difficult but nothing lasts for ever. While growing up I was alwasy taught to make hay while the sun shines. Basically this means that while you’re presented with an opportunity make the most of it. Opportunities don’t last forever and just how bad luck always passes so too will the good times. It is the circle of life a sequence of events that begins the day you’re brought into the world and ends as you pass from life on earth.

I found this Quote today:
insperation
There is so many truths in this. Grudges are one thing which can really prevent us from moving forward, they are one of the most unhealthy things to have looming over you. Whether it be a grudge in person or a grudge in your career the best thing you can do is let it go. It will just hold you back from being the best that you can be. While the events of yesterday effect the way we think about tomorrow don’t let yesterdays events control your future. Allow them to motivate you inspire you and prove to yourself that you are capible of doing things you never thought possible. Success won’t happen overnight but choose the right attitude and success becomes a whole lot more achievable.

While Monday might be the hardest day to get through remember tomorrow Monday will be yesterday, The day you cannot change.

Happy Monday! 🙂
